Data Privacy &
Processing Standards

Last Updated: March 17, 2026. This policy outlines how LotusLink manages personal information within our data integration and connectivity ecosystem in compliance with Vietnamese data protection regulations.

1. Information Collection and Connectivity

In the course of providing our data integration services, we collect information that identifies you or relates to your professional identity. This includes direct identifiers provided during account registration—such as your name, corporate email address, and job title—as well as technical metadata generated through your interaction with the LotusLink hub.

Our platform logs IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps to maintain the integrity of our connectivity mesh. We do not engage in broad-scale personal tracking; our collection is strictly limited to information required for platform functionality and account management.

2. Purpose of Processing and Analytics

We process your data to deliver the high-performance analytics and reporting integrated into our core product. Specifically, data is used to:

  • Authenticate user access to secure data silos and integration pipelines.
  • Provide tailored technical support and resolve complex integration synchronization errors.

3. Security Infrastructure

LotusLink employs enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted within secure facilities in Vietnam, adhering to both local Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and international cybersecurity best practices.

Access to backend systems is restricted via multi-factor authentication and role-based access control, ensuring that only authorized personnel can interact with the systems managing your information.

Encryption at Rest

AES-256 bit encryption protocols for all stored configuration data and user profiles.

Transit Security

TLS 1.3 encryption for all data flying between your local environment and the LotusLink hub.

4. Rights and Control

You maintain full control over your personal data. At any time, you may request:

  • Confirmation of whether your data is being processed.
  • A copy of the personal information held within our systems.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete professional data.
  • Deletion of your account and associated personal identifiers, subject to legal retention requirements.
