1. Definitions and Access
Within these Terms, "LotusLink" refers to our platform, employees, and authorized subsidiaries. "Services" encompasses all data integration workflows, API management, and integration analytics provided via LotusLink.digital.
Access is granted to legal entities and individuals who are at least 18 years old. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their hub credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
2. Acceptable Use of Connectivity
Our platform is built to facilitate enterprise-level connectivity. To protect the performance of all users, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to bypass security protocols or stress-test our integration nodes without written consent.
- Using the hub to transmit malicious software or execute unauthorized data scraping within the VN region.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, design, and analytics engines used by LotusLink are the exclusive property of LotusLink and its licensors. Use of our hub does not transfer any ownership of our proprietary software or visual identity to the user.
Conversely, you retain all ownership rights to the raw data processed through our connectivity solutions. LotusLink is granted a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of executing the requested integrations and generating requested analytics reports.
4. Limitation of Liability
LotusLink provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that our data integration services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall LotusLink be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of our connectivity hub, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the six (6) months prior to the claim.
5. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our hub immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our connectivity platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. All sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
